Answer
1. Which do you prefer, e-books or paper books?Well, personally, I tend to prefer paper books over e-books. Apparently, there's something tangible/ˈtændʒəb(ə)l/ about holding a book in your hands, To give an example, the texture/ˈtekstʃə(r)/ of the pages and the scent of the paper create a unique sensory/ˈsensəri/ experience, To put it simply, e-books just can't replicate/ˈreplɪkeɪt/. Additionally, I find it easier to focus without the distractions ,which come with digital devices. However, I do appreciate the convenience of e-books, especially when traveling or when I want to carry multiple books, like, without the extra/ˈekstrə/ weight.
2. What do you usually read online?
Typically/ˈtɪpɪkli/, I read a variety of content online. For instance, I often browse/braʊz/ news websites to stay updated on current events. Besides that, I enjoy reading blogs and articles related to my hobbies, such as photography/fəˈtɒɡrəfi/ and technology. Additionally, I sometimes read e-books and research papers for academic purposes. The vast array/əˈreɪ/ of information available/əˈveɪləb(ə)l/ on the internet allows me to explore different topics conveniently/kənˈviːniəntli/.
3. Will you read more online in the future?
Yes, I believe I will read more online in the future. With the continuous/kənˈtɪnjuəs/ advancements/ədˈvɑːnsmənt/ in digital technology, online platforms are becoming increasingly user-friendly and accessible. Moreover, the shift towards/təˈwɔːdz/ remote learning and working has made digital reading materials/məˈtɪəriəlz/ more prevalent/ˈprevələnt/. However, I still value physical books, so I expect to maintain a balance between online and paper reading, just, depending on the context and my needs.
4. Do you think paper books will disappear/ˌdɪsəˈpɪə(r)/ in the future?
I highly doubt/daʊt/ that paper books will disappear entirely in the future. While digital media is undoubtedly/ʌnˈdaʊtɪdli/ on the rise, Even so, there remains a strong appreciation/əˌpriːʃiˈeɪʃn/ for traditional books. Many people enjoy the tactile/ˈtæktaɪl/ experience and the aesthetic/esˈθetɪk/ value of physical books, It goes without saying, which digital formats can't fully replace. Additionally, in certain regions and demographics/ˌdeməˈɡræfɪks/, paper books are still the primary medium for reading. Therefore, I believe both formats will coexist/ˌkəʊɪɡˈzɪst/, like, each catering/ˈkeɪtərɪŋ/ to different preferences/ˈpref(ə)rənsɪz/ and situations.
